![]() The most common game for it to do this with is DOTA 2, but it also does it with Shadowrun at times. Luckily I don't have a data cap, so it's just a minor annoyance, but it's still an annoyance. Usually these are just a few kb, so not a big issue, but sometimes they can be a couple of hundred mb. But with the more recent flood of 0 byte updates that has been happening, the problem has become far more frequent. I've had this problem on and off for a while now, Steam decides to download workshop content for games that are not installed, and I don't subscribe to any workshop content for, and then it just deletes whatever it downloaded. I'm having an annoying problem with Steam, that's been kind of common as of late. Also, I'm not subscribing to any workshop content for these games, so that's not the cause. Before anyone gives the obvious suggestion of doing a fresh reinstall of steam, that has already been tried.
